Delivery Policy

How delivery works

Gold is delivered in game by trade. After you pay, a delivery specialist picks up your order and contacts you in your order chat to arrange the trade with the character name you gave at checkout.

You can follow the status of your order and message the specialist at any time from My Orders.

Estimated delivery time

Most orders are estimated at 15–30 minutes after payment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: it depends on the size of the order and on when you are online to receive the trade.

If something delays your order, we will tell you in the order chat.

What we need from you

The exact character name, region, ruleset and faction of the character that should receive the gold. Being online and reachable in the order chat helps the trade go faster.

Delivering to the wrong character because the details you entered were wrong is not something we can reverse — please double-check them before paying.

Confirming receipt

When your specialist marks the order as delivered, you'll be asked to confirm that you received it. If something is missing or wrong, tell us in the order chat instead of confirming.
