Refund Policy

We want you to get exactly what you paid for. If we can't deliver it, you shouldn't be out of pocket.
When you get a refund
If we are unable to complete your order, you are refunded in full.
If only part of an order was delivered and we cannot deliver the rest, you are refunded for the part that was not delivered.
Before delivery starts
You can ask to cancel an order that has not been picked up by a delivery specialist yet. Message us in the order chat or email info@themidas.gg and we'll cancel it and refund you.
After delivery
Once you have received the gold and confirmed receipt, the order is complete and is not refundable.
If something is wrong with what you received, tell us in the order chat before confirming receipt.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method used for the order. How long it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.
