What we collect

• Your email address, used to create your account and send order updates.
• Your in-game character name, used to coordinate delivery.
• Order details — service, amount, region, faction, price — and the messages you exchange with your delivery specialist or support.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser) collected automatically for security and fraud prevention.

How we use it

To create and deliver your order, let you log back in to see past orders, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything beyond running themidas.gg.

Launch price alerts

If you ask us to tell you the final WoW Forever gold price, we collect your email address for that one purpose. We first send a confirmation email; you are only subscribed once you click its link. We then email you once, when the final launch price is set. We record when you signed up and confirmed, which page you signed up on, and which version of the consent wording you agreed to.

This consent covers that launch price email only — we won't use it to send you newsletters or other promotions. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is free and immediate. We delete your address once the launch price email has been sent or when you unsubscribe, whichever comes first, and you can ask us to delete it sooner at info@themidas.gg.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to operate: our email provider (to send order and account emails) and our payment processor (to take payment — we never see or store your full card details ourselves). We don't share your data with Blizzard Entertainment or any other third party for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It's essential to the service — clearing it just signs you out; you can always log back in with your email and password.

On our public pages we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and on what device). It sets analytics cookies and sends this usage data to Google. We don't run it on the checkout, your account, or the staff areas, and we don't use it to identify you. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

The Trustpilot button in the site footer is loaded from Trustpilot, which may set its own cookies when it appears. If you choose to review us, that happens on Trustpilot's site under their privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data we hold on you at any time — email info@themidas.gg and we'll handle it directly.
